Try an unusual form of exercise! The no-impact movements of fencing are easy on the body and improves balance and coordination,
handling the weapons improves fine motor skills, and building strategies for attacks increases mental agility. Protective gear is
provided. Men and women welcome. This 6 week course will be held at Atlantic Fencing Academy at 1 Sheila Drive in Tinton Falls.
A $10 one year US Fencing Non-competitive Membership is required and payable to Atlantic Fencing Academy at the first class.
