In this 4 week session, discover Reiki to achieve calm, balance and stress reduction. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all
living things. A person’s energy should be strong and free flowing and when it is, the mind and body are in a positive state. When the
energy becomes weak or blocked it can lead to symptoms of physical and emotional imbalance. All level of Reiki students and Reiki
Practitioners are welcome and anyone can come sit and just receive Reiki. Maria has been a certified Reiki Master since 2011.
